XML or JSON feed from your CRM
If your CRM exports a portal feed, send us the feed URL and prices, statuses and photos stay current on their own.
You're welcome on research.cy. Buyers from abroad search here for property across Cyprus, and we wish to put your listings in front of them. Free during the pilot; later a flat monthly fee, never per lead or per deal. You keep your CRM, your website and your folders as they are: we do the integration work for feeds, websites and folders; the AI-assistant channel you set up yourself in 3 steps.
You sign in with your company email address and confirm that you may represent the business.
No double entry. Send us whichever of these you already have, and we map it to listings on research.cy:
If your CRM exports a portal feed, send us the feed URL and prices, statuses and photos stay current on their own.
We read your public listing pages, follow your robots.txt and crawl slowly. If bot protection blocks us, allowlist the ResearchCyBot user agent.
A shared folder with listing details and photos, one subfolder per property.
A view-only Microsoft 365 folder link works the same way.
A shared Dropbox folder with your listings and photos.
A public listings page in Notion or a similar tool is fine as a source too.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT and let its nightly run keep your units current (below).
No export yet? We can build the XML or JSON export on your side as a paid project: it runs on your systems, stays yours, and can feed every portal and partner you work with, not only research.cy. Ask for it in your integration request.
One property only? Use List your property and email us your licence details to get it marked as verified.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to rems.cy once (3 steps below). Then list and update your units in two ways: ask your assistant in a chat, or let it run every night on your own data. rems.cy checks every change: safe ones go live, risky ones wait for your approval in your rems.cy account.
You type what changed, as you would to a colleague. Your assistant sends it to rems.cy and tells you what happened.
Approving held changes and undoing a run happen in your rems.cy account, never through the assistant.
What you need: a Claude or ChatGPT plan with custom connectors.
Your assistant (or your IT team's script) checks your own sources every night: your website's projects page, the availability sheet in a shared folder, a CRM export, price-list emails. It sends research.cy the full current state of each project, and you read a summary in the morning.
The full nightly prompt is on the nightly recipe page. A morning summary reads like this:
What you need: scheduled tasks in your Claude or ChatGPT plan (being confirmed in our pilot; until then, run the prompt each evening), or a script your IT team runs with a machine key (details for your IT team).

Your agency account on rems.cy: a private inventory of every project and unit with its status, search, filters and change history; your team of agents under the agency; leads and analytics per source; feeds out built on request. Units go public on research.cy only while your licence and registration numbers are stored and current; without them the inventory stays private. More about rems.cy
