For property developers
You're welcome on research.cy. Buyers from abroad search here for new-build projects across Cyprus, and we wish to put your projects in front of them with the right prices and availability. Free during the pilot; later a flat monthly fee, never per lead or per deal. You keep working the way you do today: we do the integration work for feeds, websites and folders; the AI-assistant channel you set up yourself in 3 steps. If you wish to add an XML or JSON export on your side, reach out to us with an integration request.

Connect from what you already use
No new software and no re-typing. Send us whichever of these you already share with agents, and we map it to listings on research.cy:
XML or JSON feed
A units feed (price, VAT, status, build stage, location, bedrooms, areas, photos) is the most reliable path: prices and availability stay current without anyone touching them.
Google Drive
Share the marketing folder you give agents: brochures, floor plans, specifications, price lists and photos.
SharePoint or OneDrive
A shared Microsoft 365 folder works the same way. A view-only link is enough.
Dropbox
A shared Dropbox folder, or several if you keep projects apart.
Agent or broker portal
If you run a partner portal for agents, give us an agent login and we take the data from there.
Notion or other public pages
A public "properties for sale" page in Notion or a similar tool is fine as a source too.
Agent newsletter
If you send weekly availability or price updates to agents, add [email protected] to the list and we apply the changes.
What we do with it
- Turn every available unit into a listing on research.cy.
- Keep prices and availability in step with your source, and take sold units off.
- Publish only the photos and documents you tell us we may use, and remove anything on request.
List through your AI assistant
Keep your projects current on rems.cy and research.cy from Claude or ChatGPT, in two ways: ask your assistant in a chat, or let it run every night on your sales data. rems.cy checks every change: safe ones go live, risky ones wait for approval.

Way 1: ask your AI assistant directly

Approving held changes and undoing a run happen in the rems.cy account we set up for you, never through the assistant.
What you need: a Claude or ChatGPT plan with custom connectors.
Way 2: nightly run with your sales data
- “Every night at 23:00, read our sales system's availability export from the shared folder and keep rems.cy in sync; keep sold units marked sold; send me a short summary.”
- “Every night: check the price list in our shared folder; if a phase changed, update rems.cy; if a file is unclear, skip that phase and tell me.”

What you need: scheduled tasks in your Claude or ChatGPT plan (being confirmed in our pilot; until then, run the prompt each evening), or a script your IT team runs with a machine key (details for your IT team).

We are building a real estate management system (REMS) for developers. You keep your projects, units, prices and statuses in one place, and it produces clean JSON and XML feeds, not only for research.cy but for every agency you work with.
